Innovate and Incubate

Learn to Earn Dayton is where educational change can happen. Major initiatives such as Preschool Promise, the Northwest Dayton Partnership, and Pathways for Accelerated College and Career Experience (PACCE), were all fostered and developed with critical backbone support provided by Learn to Earn Dayton. Your donation helps to ensure that Learn to Earn Dayton is here to support and build the next game-changing opportunity for the region’s students.

 

Convene and Collaborate

One of Learn to Earn Dayton’s superpowers is as a single destination for information and support to Montgomery County’s nonprofits, schools, and service organizations. Learn to Earn Dayton offers programming, professional development, software licensing, recruitment services, and networking opportunities, empowering our partners to be their best for our students. As we work directly with dozens of schools and organizations – our influence supports thousands of students. Your donation ensures that these resources are available to the Summer and Afterschool Collaborative, Early Grade Literacy Collaborative, Two-Generation Collaborative, and many more.

 

Pilot Programs and Direct Service

Learn to Earn Dayton works at the systems-level, shifting approaches to education and career attainment to benefit all students. But sometimes that means making investments in testing a best practice to see how national standards may work in Montgomery County. This is a vital aspect of our role, ensuring that any recommended programs are well-developed and ready for scale. L2ED has served in this programming role for the “Mighty Classrooms,” supporting early learners with family engagement and deep interventions, and in the development and production of "Reading is Lit!" early literacy boxes. Your donation goes directly to support students and teachers to ensure they have materials and resources needed to succeed.
