To support Ohio’s prosperity, Learn to Earn Dayton advocates for policies that lay the groundwork for successful students and families.

While programs may benefit individuals, families, and neighborhoods, policy change can help improve overall systems. Learn to Earn Dayton works at the local, state, and federal level, to advance policies that will lead to postsecondary success and economic mobility. 
 

Learn to Earn Dayton is proud to be an active participant in the statewide network of regional educational partnerships, focusing on data-driven strategies to improve outcomes at critical academic milestones.

The THEORY OF ACTION guides Learn to Earn Dayton’s Cradle to Career efforts in building the civic infrastructure required to improve outcomes for youth and families. Learn to Earn Dayton was honored in 2023 to be awarded the Systems Transformation designation, celebrating the commitment over the past decade to focus on data and collaboration in support of youth academic achievement.
