Middle/High School Outcomes

Eighth Grade Math
District Comparison

Eighth grade math is a critical measurement, correlating to high school persistence, academic achievement, college attainment, and general preparedness for the workforce. Students proficient in math or completing algebra in eighth grade complete college at higher rates than students who do not.

This tool is designed to explore how similar districts (based on school/community demographic information) compare to your chosen district. The purpose is that districts facing similar circumstances may be able to find “bright lights” and/or best practices from across the state. Our goal is that educational partners may share insights to support student achievement.
