District Comparison

The Federal Reserve reports that in 2023, the earnings gap between college graduates and those with less education widened. For people aged 22-27, those with a bachelor’s degree saw a median income of $60,000, compared to those high school graduates, earning $36,000 a year. This correlation between education and success is reflected not only in earnings, but also in everything from likelihood of employment to resilience in an economic downturn.

This tool is designed to explore how similar districts (based on school/community demographic information) compare to your chosen district. The purpose is that districts facing similar circumstances may be able to find “bright lights” and/or best practices from across the state. Our goal is that educational partners may share insights to support student achievement.
