L2ED Welcomes New Team Member

We are thrilled to welcome Emily Peters to the Learn to Earn Dayton team as Data & Visualization Coordinator! Emily brings a strong background in data analysis and behavioral research and will transform complex data into accessible, actionable information for our partners, internal teams, and the broader community. She will also lead the technical development of our data-driven mapping products—including geography maps, fiscal maps, and other tools built from both quantitative and qualitative data—ensuring they meet high accuracy standards and integrate seamlessly into our public-facing and internal platforms.

Emily most recently served as PBIS Coordinator/Data Analyst at Montgomery County Juvenile Court, where she implemented evidence-based behavior management practices within residential juvenile justice settings and analyzed behavioral data to inform intervention recommendations.

Emily earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, both from Wright State University. She is originally from Arcadia, OH, but now calls Dayton home.
